Ardrossan B&B Mudgee accommodation is a delightful large double brick farm house set in park-like gardens 1 km from Mudgee. An adult retreat where guests enjoy great views and a farmland experience minutes from town.
Admire the beautiful view from Ardrossan's huge covered verandah while enjoying Mudgee's fine cheese and olives, which go so well with Mudgee's award winning wines. Five-course gourmet cooked breakfast served every morning in the dining room. If you want to sleep late, you can help yourself to breakfast in the café at any time.
All linen is provided along with hairdryers, electric blankets and reverse-cycle air-conditioning in every room. Enjoy a private guest lounge room with DVD and VCR movies, TV and books. There's always a big bowl of fruit and bickies to munch on in the cafe. Mudgee B&B accommodation with all the comforts of home.
In warm weather the sparkling water of the solar heated pool beckons with comfortable reclining chairs. You might enjoy feeding the beautiful finches and blue wrens, the geese, the white homing pigeons and of course Ardrossan's princesses -- Coco the chocolate coloured Chihuahua; Schatze, the longhaired miniature Dachshund; and KC, the black and white Papillon.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation occurs within 7 days or less of arrival the deposit is not refundable unless the rooms are rebooked.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
$100 deposit per room required by direct bank deposit at time of booking. When booking the entire B&B's 4 rooms $400 deposit is required.
Receipt confirms booking. Balance can be paid prior to your stay by direct deposit or in cash on arrival. Deposit is refundable less 10% if cancellation is more than 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 7 days or less of arrival, deposit is not refundable unless the rooms are rebooked.
