Cancellation Policy for Furnished Apartment:
In addition to below, bookings cancelled at any time incur a $60.00 administration fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days to the arrival date incur a cancellation fee equal to the money paid to the Owner, unless the apartment is relet for the entire period at the same rental or higher. If it a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $60 administration fee will apply. <br><br>Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of deposit less an administration fee of $60.00.<br><br>If you wish to cancel or amend any booking made, you must contact us in writing.<br><br>Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. If not, the Owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. <br>
Deposit Required for Furnished Apartment:
A deposit of 50% is required to validate your booking enquiry and must be paid within 7 days of making the booking enquiry. This deposit is non refundable once we confirm your booking. For booking enquiries made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, full payment is required. A binding contract will only exist between you and the Owner when payment has been made by you and we have confirmed that a receipt and confirmation will be issued. If you fail to pay a deposit within 7 days, your booking enquiry will automatically cancel without notification to you.
