Refund Conditions:
If you cancel your booking before or after arrival, either wholly or partially, then any monies paid may be retained subject to re-letting the apartment for the original tariff. Re-letting will be at the manager's discretion and any shortfall from the original tariff, plus any additional cleaning fees, may be deducted from the monies paid.
When you authorize payment, you acknowledge that your payment is an advance booking fee, purchasing for you, EXCLUSIVE RESERVATION of your cottage, studio or caravan. Your actual accommodation on the day(s) chosen is then free --- No more to pay.
