Guana Cay is a peaceful island community of about 150. Coconuts Cottage is 150 yards to 15 miles of beach and the third largest barrier reef to snorkle. Our family cottage is 2bdrm one bath equiped with 2 queen beds and a pull out in the living room. The cottage has TV/VCR, AC, VHF radio, large deck with outdoor shower, BBQ grill, baby equipment, toys, books, games etc. Fly into Marsh Harbour, Abaco from either Ft Lauderdale, Miami or West Palm Beach. There are ferries running all day to Guana Cay. Our caretaker is living on the island and she will pick you up at the ferry and get you settled in.
The cottage is situated within the settlement of Guana Cay and is a short walk to all conveniences. Guana Cay has golf carts and boat rentals available on the island. The island has one grocery store, a variety of restaurants and shops, a liquor store, a fish market, a school, a church and a few resort beach bars.

Cottage with Private Boat Dock Rates:
Weekly Rates for up to 4 Adults:
Regular Season - $900 USD
High Season (February, March, June, July & Holidays) - $975 USD
Low Season (August - November) - $800 USD
Each additional person: $100 per person per week.
A 50% deposit, plus a $200. refundable damage deposit, is required via money order or cashiers check within a week of booking.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations, deposit only, you will receive 75% refund. If paid in full, you will receive 75% refund.
