Brigantine Bay Villas are charming private villas with complimentary boat slips and large docks perfect for fishing with the kids or partying under the gazebo. Each villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a living / dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and newly tiled floors. Villas all have private shaded decks with lawn furniture and an outside spigot for washing out the beach sand. You’re just a 2 minute walk away from one of the top 10 beaches in the world, shopping, car /golf cart / bicycle rental, restaurants, scuba, boat rentals and our Championship Golf Course is only ½ mile up the road. Treasure Cay is a perfect place for deep sea fishing as well as bone fishing and dolphin spotting. You can be as active as you want or just relax, have a Kalick and zone out to the satellite TV.
The Villas are two bedroom, two bath, fully furnished with linens, (beach towels/blankets not included), kitchen equipment/utensils, satellite TV and central air.
Grocery and general shopping is located behind the marina-club-pool area.
There is also a "Solomon's Mine's" gift shop boutique as well as a championship golf course. Sail and power boat rental, tennis, golf carts, scuba/snorkeling, fishing (bay, open ocean & BONEFISHING), plus many other activities are available.
You will have a "Guide to Abaco" book with all of this information listed.
As a guest at Brigantine Bay Villas arriving by boat you are entitled to a complimentary boat slip during your villa rental. The slips are 60' long with a 6'+ draft at MLW. Each dock has fresh water and 115 V + 30A & 50A electric plus a covered gazebo for your use. Brigantine Bay has direct access to the nearby marina, Abaco Sound (The Sea of Abaco) and the Atlantic Ocean.

Do it yourself in your fully equipped kitchen or visit one of our fine local restaurants such as the Spinnaker at the marina and Touch of Class, Island Boil, Hudson's Delight, or Coconut's on the highway. Either way you will be able to enjoy some world famous Bahamian food from our local waters.
The "Tipsy Seagull" tiki - bar and pool area is available for your use at the marina as well as the "Coco Bar" on the beach. There's nightly music and fun at both places!
