Playa de Papaya is located on the family island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. This is an out island. No fast food, nothing over three stories, but fantastic beaches, diving and snorkling, and crime free. Small family restaurants, genuinely friendly people with no racial animosity whatsoever. None.
The property is ocean front on the calmer west side. There are fish, crabs, lobsters, and conchs to be had at your doorstep.
The house is ocean front,200 ft, on three acres. Numerous fruit trees,including bananas, mango, orange, grapefruit, lime, sugar apples, passion fruit, avocados, papayas, and others.
The house has a wrap-a-round porch,satellite tv, dishwasher, vcr,phone, and rentals for kayaks, motor boats, and fishing guides.
