A collection of colorful one or two bedroom cottages , each with studio style bedroom and living areas, full private bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Furnished with lovely wicker furniture, ceramic tile floors, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and framed native island prints, printings, etc. in each room.
t is situated facing the North side of the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 4 miles from the eastern tip of Little Exuma, while overlooking tiny offshore islands. It is approximately 50 feet from the beautiful, pure white sand of the beach. This beach is extremely secluded, which definitely adds to its charm. We are positioned approximately 15 miles from neighboring Long Island. The exterior covered porches each contain PVC chairs, PVC table and a rocking chair, 5 hammock swings, gazebo, and 2 hot tubs are also on site. The outdoor shed is equipped with a washing machine (no dryer). While outside, you may choose to read while swinging in a hammock, wade in warm tropical waters, relax in one of 2 six person hot tubs, soak up the sun, or do absolutely nothing. The "villas" are surrounded by several mature coconut bearing trees, including numerous other tropical island flora, which are all sprinkler fed and maintained. Taxi fare to and from the "Villas" is included in rental fee. Luther Rolle will be your designated taxi driver. The villas are situated approximately 16 miles from Georgetown, which is Exuma's capitol, and for some, the main center of attraction. Four Seasons at Emerald Bay in a brand new five star resort recently opened with a 18 hole Greg Norman Golf course, soon to have a casino, about 35 miles from the villas. Nearest major city, Georgetown - 16 miles. EXUMA ISLAND



The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, conventional oven range and microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender, utensils, glass wares, dishes, pots and pans, spice rack, condiments, canned goods.

The interior is equipped with TV-VCR, board games, and inflatable queen size mattress, if needed, for additional guests.

The units are fully stocked with linens, towels, shampoos, soaps, hair dryers, iron, insect repellents, and a first aid kit.

The exterior covered porches contain PVC furniture or wooden rocking chairs.

The wooden Gazebo area contains several hammocks. Outdoor showers, barbecue grill, are also on site.
