The SunBreeze Hotel is an oceanfront property caressed by the Caribbean Sea to the east and is surrounded by coco palms and tropical gardens amidst coral white sand. SunBreeze Hotel is housed in a U Shaped concrete architecture featuring 43 spacious air conditioned rooms on 2 levels. Our 43 rooms comprise of 3 categories: 13 Standard, 21 Deluxe and 5 Premier rooms. All rooms are non smoking and are equipped with cable TV, direct dial telephone and ceiling fans. Most rooms have 2 double beds and a few have queen beds. All our Standard and Deluxe rooms feature hot and cold showers whereas our Premier rooms boast a Jacuzzi bath tub and mini refrigerator and 3 have a king sized bed, unlike the Standard and Deluxe Rooms.<br><br>To suit every client's desire, we have a few super large rooms ideal for families as well as a few adjoining rooms with connecting doors for families needing that extra privacy. We also have a couple of rooms which are handicap accessible. This is in addition to the ramps positioned all over our property for wheel chair access.
We also feature an onsite fresh water pool, PADI Dive Operator,Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar - Blue Water Grill, Massage Studio and an Art Gallery.
We also offer limited wireless internet,"early bird" complimentary coffee and 24 hour Front Office Assistance.

As a result, tourism flourishes in this unique country. The town of San Pedro, on Ambergris Caye, is a 17 minute flight from Belize International Airport or a 45 minute boat ride from Belize City. Ambergris Caye is the largest of Belize's nearly 200 offshore Cayes. The fishing off the island has been world reknown for centuries. These fishing grounds sustained the Maya and many world class sport fishing tournaments takes place in these waters annually. Come and cast that pole in the water and prepare for Belizean delicacies. The lobsters caught here have also contributed mightily to the world market since the 1950's.For the adventurous, there is also the countless Maya Ruins, Bird Watching, Caye Systems, Rain Forests and Reserves, the Belize Zoo, and much, much more! December 15 - April 30 & Holiday Bookings:
US$100.00 deposit is required 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. If booking within 60 days of arrival, full pre-payment is required. If cancelled between 60 - 45 days of arrival, there is a US$100.00 penalty. If cancelling 45 - 31 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable.
May 1- December 14 (except Thanksgiving):
US$100 deposit required 14 days of making a reservation with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, full pre-payment is required. If cancelled 45 - 31 days to arrival, there is a US$100.00 penalty. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable.
