Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation prior to 60 days of arrival, deposit is refundable in full less USD$50 Service. 50% percent of the payment will be refunded for reservation cancelled 30 days before scheduled arrival date. No refund under 30 days. No refund for no show or unused portions of accommodation. No refunds will be authorized for cancellation of your reservation within 30 days prior to arrival. This includes any cancellation due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or acts of God, including hurricanes. If guests are require to evacuate the hotel for any reason, we will issue a credit voucher valid for 1 year for any remaining days.<br>
Deposit Required:
A deposit amount equal to 2 nights is required to secure your reservation. Deposit must be received within two days after the reservation have been confirmed. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival or your reservation will be cancelled. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. If you have made a reservation thru a Travel agent it is your travel agent's responsibility to insure that your deposit and/or full payment have been paid to Banyan Bay. We are not responsible for any losses or cancellations due to non-compliance and non-payment by your travel agent.
