December 15 - April 30 & Holiday Bookings:
US$100.00 deposit required within 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date. If booking within 90 days of arrival, full prepayment is required. If cancellation 90 - 61 days of arrival, there is US$100.00 penalty and if 60 - 31 days to arrival, the reservation is non refundable.
May 1 - December 14th (except Thanksgiving)
US$100.00 deposit required within 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking 30 days or less, full prepayment is required. If cancelled 45 - 31 days prior to arrival, there is US$100.00 penalty. If 30 days to arrival, the reservation is non refundable.
