The Studio is situated in ideally quiet environs on the hills over the bay of Varna and gives a perfect unrivalled panoramic to the sea, so one is guaranteed a peaceful and relaxing stay.<br> We invite you to a luxurious room with a double bed designed according to what we perceive as modern, whilst still remaining cosy and warm. This spacious room comes complete with sofas and armchair, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and terrace overlooking the Black sea. Sleeping arrangements is one double bed and sofa bed/1.35-1.90m/. An Air Condition, refrigerator, cable-TV, radio and coffee maker are available in the room.
The road leading to the villa from the maid highway is steep and rutted, it is about 800 meters. You can walk up and down use path between properties and it takes a minutes to the bus stop.The nearby bus lines within walking distance will take you virtually anywhere. Basic shopping facilities can be found 500 meters from the house. Restaurants, bars, church, pharmacy and post office are within 5 minutes by bus distance. Besides this, nature is just outside the place, so you’re on a sea park walk in a minute.
