DescriptionVilla Millena is a splendid villa overlooking the sea. It sleeps max 14 people. It has a large terraces and a garden with garden furniture, safe for kids; all with a spectacular view to the sea and the Varna bay. The villa is 1,5 km (about 1 mile) away from Varna.
Villa Millena has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. In addition, there are large living-rooms, spacious kitchen areas and outdoor areas consisting of terraces and a garden. The apartments of the 3-storey house are on the second and on the third floor. You will have air conditioning, parking area at your disposal. The villa has an allarm system.
The apartments can be rented separately.

The villa
Inside Villa Millena you will have large spaces carefully and elegantly furnished at your disposal. An inside staircase connects the apartments. The floor is decorated with glossy terracotta of local craft. Every apartment has a TV set and a control to regulate the air conditioning.

The second floor – The Magnolia apartment
The main entrance is elegantly furnished in light beige and brown. Patio doors lead you to a large terrace and enables you to have a wide-open view of the seascape.
In the living area there is a TV set and also a corner furnished with a dining table. From the living-room, you can reach the kitchen with a big table for your meals. A small corridor separates the living-room from the bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with double beds. There are windows overlooking the sea. The bathrooms are equipped with showers. One of the bathrooms has a hydro-massage.
From this floor you have access to the upper floor through the staircase.

Upper floor – The Sun apartment and the detached Little Sun studio
On the upper floor, you will find the Sun apartment with two bedrooms and the Little Sun studio with a bedroom and a living area. In the living-room, you will find a couch near a fireplace.
From the upper floor you also have the view to the sky and the sea. In addition, you have 2 bathrooms the Sun apartment, one of them with a hydro-massage and a bathroom with a bath-tub at your disposal in the Little sun studio.

Kitchen and services
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer and small appliances.
It is possible to connect to internet.
You will have a parking space at your disposal.

Close to the villaThere is a path from the villa down to a charming beach. You will be able to reach the beach walking down, there are points where you can stop and have a rest.

You can buy food from the supermarkets and shops or have a dinner in one of the restaurants nearby.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you come by your own car or you rent a car - there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
