Cancellation Policy:
MORE PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Wire Transfers and INTERAC Email Money Transfers available with online banking. We accept some credit cards, please inquire. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please check with owner about the cancellation policy. Normally, 30 day or less cancellation is subject to one night fee if we cannot rebook the unit. 14 days or less is subject to two night fee if we cannot rebook the unit. All cancellations are subject to $200 rebooking/adv fee.
Deposit Required:
$300 damage deposit required for all bookings. 50% to confirm reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to check in date. Damage deposit is return once we have a report from the housekeeper as to the condition of the unit, no damage, no excess cleaning, no missing items, and all keys have been returned.
