Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 60 days before your arrival, your deposit will be refund minus 75 $ for administration .
If you cancel after 60 days, your deposit will be refund minus 75 $ , only if we rent again the cottage.
I f you cancel after the last payment, we keep the deposit and the final payment will be refund minus:
Minus 20 % if you cancel 28 days before your arrival.
Minus 50 % if you cancel 15 days before your arrival..
Minus 100 % if you cancel 7 days before your arrival.
Those amounts will be refund minus 75 $ for administration , only if we are able to rent again the cottage .
Property Rental Deposit Required:
PAYMENT 30% at time of reservation, balance and refundable deposit of 200 $ will be due 30 days before your arrival. Your invoice will be send by email , fax or mail,.
