Playas del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Central America (20 minutes from the New Liberia International Airport) is easily accessible with modern paved roads. Playa del Coco is located in the Northwest Pacific region of Costa Rica. "Sleepy Cove" is a brand new, oceanfront villa nestled in the beautiful hillside with stunning panoramic ocean views of the Pacific that words cannot describe and a picture does not do justice. Access to the town of Playa del Coco is less than a mile from "Sleepycove".
Sleepy Cove is a brand oceanfront home that consists of a multi-level complex consisting of three sleeping villas, and a separate main house with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, great room with entertainment center, ample dining facilities and a powder room; all areas are intimately connected by well lit walkways and surround an exquisite infinity edged pool. The home sleeps 14 people comfortably with room for additional guests on three queen-sized sleeper sofas. Each sleeping villa has a master bedroom suite furnished with a king-sized bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and adjoining private sitting room that contains a pullout queen-sized sofa bed. Additional sleeping quarters are located below two villas, where up to eight people may be accommodated in two bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and have spectacular panoramic ocean views. The beach is a short walk from the property. Typically you have the beach to yourself. Additionally you have access to a private Beach Club just across the street.

Playas del Coco, a sandy beach along the rocky headlands of Guanacaste. Located 35 kilometers west of Liberia, this beach village is easily accessible. Playas del Cocos has been a vacation destination for many years and it draws travelers from around the world.
Playas del Cocos is know for its extraordinary scuba diving, with turtles, various species of sharks, rays and angelfish among the diverse marine life that inhabits the local waters. In addition to being a scuba destination, Playas del Coco also offers some of the best sport fishing. Yellow fin tuna, marlin, mahi mahi, rooster fish and Pacific sailfish are bountiful.
There are a wide variety of activities available in Playas del Coco; most of the action in town is centered on the sea. Local shops offer boating excursions out to the small islands off the coast for surfing, sport fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling. Horseback riding, golf, tennis, kayaking, and hiking, zip lines are also popular. Many National Parks are in the vicinity as well as an active volcano.

Cancellation Policy for Vacation Villa:

Refunds:
Written cancellation and refund request notice received no less than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 50% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking, and must be used within the next 18 months.
Written cancellation and refund request notice received more than 120 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for refund less an amount of $250 for the cancellation, or a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking, and must be used within the next 18 months.
Deposit Required for Vacation Villa:
An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation paid by Visa, Master Card, check or wire. The remaining 50% is paid 60 days prior to arrival. This deposit is also paid by Visa, Master Card, check, wire. There is a refundable security deposit of five hundred dollars ($500 US) for short-term rental, to be paid when you arrive. This is to cover any damage due to negligence, or items missing on the property.
