We are glad to offer you a very nice beach front home in a great location on Playa Tamarindo. "The Surf House."<br><br>Start your morning off with fresh Costa Rican coffee, sitting under the mango trees surrounded by monkeys, iguanas, red tailed squirrels, and many types of birds. Let the magical sight & sound of the surf and the panoramic view of Las Baulas National Park relax your senses .<br><br>Why stay in a hotel, when you may stay here and BBQ your fresh caught fish for lunch or dinner. And save a ton of money by using the full kitchen to prepare all of the fresh fruits, wonderful vegetables and fine meats sold very reasonable here in Costa Rica .<br><br>Located on the right hand ( beach)side at the entrance to Tamarindo, in front of, Cabañas Pozo Azul. It is an( app.2400 sq.ft. ) 2 story concrete home, painted white with green trim and a side carport. The street entrance has a black iron tube gate with green side posts.<br><br>Seidy Villarreal is our full time employee in Tamarindo . She is a native of the small pueblo Villiareal ( family of original founders ) located close by. A sweet lady, that has proven her reliably and confidence over the years. Seidy will be cleaning the house, maintaining the yard and will be more than happy to prepare fresh style Costa Rican food for you, laundry your clothes and clean the kitchen several times a day. May we suggest as a tipping guide for her, $ 3.00 per person per day. <br><br>She will perform your check-in and out and you must coordinate your check -out time (no later than 12:00 noon), and return keys to her. If you have a check in later than 4:00PM, she will have to stay longer, so please tip her for the extra effort..There will be a $50.00 US fee charged for late checkouts, $50 fee charged for each set of lost keys and a $100.00 US charge for the lost safety box key.
The building has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully furnished with sheets, towels and full kitchen. The bedrooms consist of 1 room with a queen size bed and 2 rooms with 2 Queen size beds each, plus three additional single mattresses. There is an outside shower plus all lawn furniture, hammocks and BBQ. We offer cable color TV with app. 50 stations from the US and around the world, cassette- radio & CD player; so bring your music. Available also is a safety deposit box ($100 US guarantee deposit required ).
