From the living room or master bedroom, look out on the beautiful, blue Pacific Ocean as well as the huge pool and waterfall provided for the enjoyment of our guests.
Enjoy a good book and the pool or ocean view from the private terrace. Our condo has been individually designed, combining contemporary pleasure with local influences.
The Haleiwa is a fantastic 1800 sq. ft. penthouse condominium with breathtaking ocean views, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, designer decor, a/c, cable tv, 3 TVs, granite countertops, laundry room, telephone, wireless internet, maid service included (2 times a week); and the complex is gated, with 24/7 security, dedicated parking, elevators and beautiful lanscaping. This magnificent unit sleeps up to 7 people; the master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom 2 twin beds and the living room has a queen size pull out couch.
From the Property Manager office, which is few steps from the condo, you can arrange tours, shuttle service, cooker, babysitter and more.

Cancellation Policy for Vacation Condo:
Cancellation of a confirmed rental agreement prior to 60 days to the arrival date will result in a 50% penalty of the deposit. 45 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 75% penalty of the deposit. 30 days prior to arrival date will result in a 100% penalty and all deposits will be forfeited in total.
Deposit Required for Vacation Condo:
50% Deposit to reserve. Balance Due 60 days prior arrival
