Cancellations received more than 60 days in advance of scheduled arrival date -- refund of deposit less 20% of total rental: 10% cancellation fee and 10% held as a credit toward another reservation. Cancellations received 21-60 days in advance -- 20% of total rental retained as cancellation fee and balance held as credit toward another reservation. 7-20 days in advance -- 50% of total rental cancellation fee and balance held as credit toward another reservation. Less than 7 days in advance – 75% of total rental cancellation fee and balance held as credit toward another reservation.
