Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be in writing. If a client cancels a reservation more than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival, owner will refund all amounts already paid to owner, less 15% cancellation charge based on the full contracted rental price. If a client cancels a reservation 90 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival at the Property, including a reservation scheduled for either Christmas/New Year or Easter holiday period, Owner is not obliged to refund any amounts already paid, the client is only eligible for a certificate equal to the value already paid towards the use of a new reservation at a later time based on availability.
