Cancellation Policy:
Bookings are subject to a 4% charge of total reservation amount for any CANCELLATION. If
cancellation occurs within less than one month before arrival, a one-night charge will be assessed. If cancellation
occurs within less than 14 days before arrival full charge will be assessed of the total reservation amount. No
refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. High and Peak Season Cancellation policy is: no refunds for
cancellations with in less than 1 month before arrival.

Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after
departure, according to our Rental Policies.
