Villa Kairos I is a 150sq/m three bedroom apartment (including balcony) occupying the entire 1st floor of the villa. The air-conditioned and spacious living room provides a six-seater mahogany dining table with ocean views. The seating area contains a large leather sofa, coffee table and fireplace beside which is a flat screen Satellite T.V. with an integrated DVD player (choose from a library of DVD’s). A Sony Hi-Fi system with MP3 player provides for music to enjoy throughout your stay. The fully integrated kitchen is entered off of the living room and contains a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine/dryer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, toaster and all kitchen utensils with tea and coffee making facilities. The hallway leads to three bedrooms and the bathroom. Two of these rooms have king-sized beds and double glazed aluminium doors which lead to the 50sq/m balcony where you’ll enjoy relaxing on the luxury sun lounges with panoramic views. Both these bedrooms have a stereo/CD player, a free standing fan, a radiator heater, ample cupboard space and a pin activated safe in which to keep your valuables.
