Apartment Luxury is situated in Okrug gornji on Ciovo 3,5 km far from ancient Unesco protected town Trogir. Ciovo is an island connected by bridge with mainland.

To Trogir you can go by car, bus or boat. Split, second largest town in Croatia is situated just 24 km far from Trogir. To Split you can also go by car or by boat.

Apartment is situated on quite and very lovely place away from high traffic.

Floor has total area of 150 m2 + 50 m2 terraces with sea view + 100 m2 large garden with green grass in front of the house. Garden was awarded for the prettiest garden in the area and it is full of green grass and flowers. And also there is a barbecue in one part of the garden and a parking for your cars.

You also have hall in house and parking for your cars in front of the house. Sea and beach are 400m far from the apartment.




Apartment Luxury is fully equipped, it consists of:

5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms are with double bed, 1 bedroom is with 2 single beds which can be put together or separate, there is also one single bed in one bedroom and sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room.

3 bathrooms (one with bath tube, 2 with showers), 1 extra toilete
outside shower with hot water you can use when you come from the beach.

One large kitchen which has dish washer, coffee machine, oven, large fridge.... There is everything you need for cooking in kitchen-dishes...
Dining room and living room are in one room

2 terraces (both with sea view)

On the terrace there are table and chairs, sunshade and everything necessary for your stay.

Price per night is from 130 to 250 euro, depends of period and number of persons.
