The house is situated in an area, which covers ca. 800 m2, with a wonderful view of the sea, the bay Cavtat and the city of Dubrovnik. The multilingual-speaking runned house is situated in a very quiet site and can be rented the whole year. The vacation house has got: 2 air-conditioned apartments, which have all a kitchen with dining-room, living room with divan vor 2 persons, separate sleeping rooms with one double bed, SAT-TV, shower/WC, and a balcony. The distance to a very beautiful beach which is ideal for children is 500 metres. The apartments have separte entrances. There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars .
