The building is one year old and situated only 100m away from

and shops but still very quiet because of inner location.
All the rooms and balcony have open sea vew. Apartment is on the
2nd floor (elevator in the building).
Big Supermarket "Orphanides" is 800m away. Public bus service
is available near by.

Cancellation Policy:
Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing by the party leader who has signed the booking form, and does not become effective until received by us.
Any cancellation made after the date of our confirmation of your booking, will be subject to the following charges:-
(i) Over 49 days
(ii) 36-49 days
(iii) 23-35 days
(iv) Less than 23 days - Deposit only
-60% of total cost of booking
-80% of total cost of booking
-Total cost of booking
If for any reason you request to change your booking for an alternative property or dates within the same season, we will make every effort to accommodate your request; but if we cannot meet your request, we reserve the right to apply section 5 above.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking, if due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, civil war, exchange controls, or if we regard it necessary to do so. If such a cancellation is made, we will refund all sums paid to us in respect to that booking.
. It is your responsibility to arrange your own passport and/or travel documents, and ensure they are valid and effective. We will not be held responsible for any disruptions in your travel arrangements, such as travel to your airports, car parking, flights, etc., however they occur or with whomever they have been booked.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
Terms :
* 25% deposit is required to secure the bookings.
* At least 2 weeks prior to arrival we need to have arrival/departure
flights details.
* Amendments are acceptable minimum two weeks prior to arrival
and subject of current availability.
* Last minute bookings available without 20% deposit and
settlement of account upon arrival to resort.
* During High Season we reserve the right to over-book the clients
for 1-2 nights (for 1 week stay) and up to 3 nights (from 2 weeks
stay) to the same standard accommodation or better ir order
accommodate problems of inconvenient flights.
* A/C £ Cy.Pnds 2 per unit per day payable extra to the rates above.
* Additional cleaning and linen changing is available at extra charge
of £ Cy.Pnds 3 and £ Cy.Pnds 5 each respectively.
* A Welcoming grocery pack is offered to our guests upon arrival
which includes toilet paper, shack - small packs of crunchy bread,
butter and cheese coffee, tea, concentrated milk, sugar, small
bottle of water, 1 litre orange juice, fruit of the season according
to the number of guests. For repeaters - 1 bottle of local wine.
* 24-hour access mobile phone No. for guests needs.
