The building is situated in the heart of Kato Paphos with easy access to all the amenities (Bars, Restaurants, Bank Offices and shops) but
is still very quite because of good sound isolating construction plan.
When you are inside the complex you can easy forget that you are in
the middle of the town. Well stocked supermarket "Apollonia" is
nearby, big Supermarket "E & S" is 800m away.

which includes toilet paper, shack - small packs of crunchy bread,
butter and cheese coffee, tea, concentrated milk, sugar, small
bottle of water, 1 litre orange juice, fruit of the season according
to the number of guests. For repeaters - 1 bottle of local wine.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Bookings will only be accepted from, and the party leader must be, over 18 years of age at the time of making the booking.
2. Upon receipt of your deposit (25% with a minimum of £150), and subject to clearance of any cheques or money orders, we will confirm reservation of your booking by post. We will also detail the cost of your booking, amount paid, balance due and when, together with your booking reference, which should be quoted on all correspondence.
3. The balance due must be paid within 8 weeks of arrival, or the full amount paid at the time of booking if the arrival date is sooner than 8 weeks at the time of making the booking. If the balance is not received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and possibly resell the booking.
4. Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing by the party leader who has signed the booking form, and does not become effective until received by us.
5. Any cancellation made after the date of our confirmation of your booking, will be subject to the following charges:-
(i) Over 49 days
(ii) 36-49 days
(iii) 23-35 days
(iv) Less than 23 days - Deposit only
-60% of total cost of booking
-80% of total cost of booking
-Total cost of booking
6. If for any reason you request to change your booking for an alternative property or dates within the same season, we will make every effort to accommodate your request; but if we cannot meet your request, we reserve the right to apply section 5 above.
7. We reserve the right to cancel any booking, if due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, civil war, exchange controls, or if we regard it necessary to do so. If such a cancellation is made, we will refund all sums paid to us in respect to that booking.
8. It is your responsibility to arrange your own passport and/or travel documents, and ensure they are valid and effective. We will not be held responsible for any disruptions in your travel arrangements, such as travel to your airports, car parking, flights, etc., however they occur or with whomever they have been booked.
9.It is your responsibility to have adequate and suitable holiday insurance cover.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
25% deposit is required to secure the bookings.
* At least 2 weeks prior to arrival we need to have arrival/departure
flights details.
* Amendments are acceptable minimum two weeks prior to arrival
and subject of current availability.
* Last minute bookings available without 20% deposit and
settlement of account upon arrival to resort.
