the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in, refunds are given for cancellation with 60 day or more notice, credit for future rental for cancellation from 15 to 45 days prior to check-in; no refund/credit is given when cancellation occurs in the 14 days prior to check-in.
Deposit Required for Luxury Villa:
a 50% deposit is required to make a reservation, and $500.00 need to be deposited as security for any damaged valuables by the renters. This is 100% refundable after post-rental inspection.
