Slatters Cottage is an luxury 17th century Grade II listed Cotswolds stone cottage with large inglenook fireplace and log burning stove in the North Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Hill, nr Moreton-in-Marsh.
The cottage has wonderful views of the village and the surrounding Cotswolds countryside. It is available for self catering holiday rental all year round and sleeps three plus baby.
An ideal location for visiting the many delightful villages and attractions in the Cotswolds as well as places such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham & Bath.
The Cotswolds cottage is fully equipped with Gas Central Heating, Cooker, Fridge with freezer compartment, Separate Freezer, Microwave, Two colour televisions, DVD player, CD player, Freeview Digital TV & Radio, Washing Machine, Dryer and more. If visiting gardens is your pleasure then using Slatters Cottage as a base will not disappoint you. From cottage gardens to arboretums there is plenty on offer.
Visitors of all ages cannot fail to find places of interest to visit. Perhaps one of the many sites steeped in history such as Warwick Castle or maybe one of the picturesque Cotswold villages such as Broadway, Bourton-on-the-Water or Upper/Lower Slaughter.

Cancellation Policy for Cottage:
Cancellation of the booking must be made in writing by the Holidaymaker. The effective date of the cancellation will be the date it is received by the Owner. If the cancellation date is more than eight weeks prior to commencement of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited. If a deposit of less than the full 20% has been requested/paid under the terms of any promotion, then the remainder of the 20% deposit will become payable on cancellation. If the cancellation date is less than eight weeks prior to commencement of the holiday, the full rental charge will be incurred, unless the Owner is able to re-let the Property for the whole of the rental period. In the unlikely event that the Owner cancels a confirmed booking, all monies received will be returned and there will be no further liability to or by the Owner. The Holidaymaker is advised to take out their own holiday cancellation insurance cover.
Deposit Required for Cottage:
20% if booking more than eight weeks before commencement (40% for Xmas/New Year), with the balance due eight weeks before commencement, otherwise 100%.
