The property
The countryhouse Le Petit Bouleau, build in 1980, is located in Saint-Pardoux-la-Rivière in the Perigord Vert in the Dordogne.
The house is surrounded by a 4000 m² garden with grass, trees, a vegetable garden and a heated swimming pool from 5m by 12m.
The house is just outside the village at a few minutes walk from two baker, two butcher, supermarket, a pizzeria, two bars and a few good restaurants.
In the summers it is good to lie down on one of the wooden deck chairs witch are standing everywhere in the garden.
In the house there are four apartments.

Apartment Cou Rouge.
This apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, two comfortable chairs, dining table and chairs and a kitchen unit with a refrigerator, a bedroom with two single beds and a large wardrobe. There is a bathroom with hand basin, a shower cubicle and a WC.
When you have children with you we put a bunk bed in the living or in a corner of the bedroom. There is a covered terrace with a picknicktable and two comfortable wooden chairs.

Apartment Pic Vert.
This apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, two comfortable chairs, dining table and chairs and a kitchen unit with a refrigerator, a bedroom with two single beds and a large wardrobe, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a place with another single bed.
In the bathroom are a hand basin, a shower cubicle, a WC and a bidet.
There is a covered terrace with a picknicktable and two comfortable wooden chairs.

Apartment Rossignol.
This apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, two comfortable chairs, dining table and chairs and a kitchen unit with a refrigerator. There is a large bedroom with two single beds, a large wardrobe and behind a dividing wall a bunk bed.
The bathroom has a hand basin, a shower cubicle and a WC.
There is a covered terrace with a picknicktable and two comfortable wooden chairs.

Apartment Verdier.
