Peace and privacy is offered by this comfortable, central heated, bungalow set in the Dordogne countryside, at the border of the Périgord Vert and the Périgord Blanc, surrounded by woods and meadows.
With the nearest neighbours at 100 meters. The property is completely fenced. With a stone build table and barbecue in the front-garden and a very spacious side- and back-garden with many shady places. During long walks in the forest behind this house you will rarely see other people.
The bungalow has an open plan living/dining area with a wood burner and fully equipped american kitchen. Via the corridor you will reach the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and the toilet which are located at the right front- and backside of the house. Pets are allowed. Together with other houses within a mile we can provide accommodation up to 34 adults. (upon availability)
