A character two bedroom cottage,situated 15 minutes from the paimpont Forest & Josselin Chateau , completely detached, set in its own grounds and surrounded on three sides by forest. It is at the end of a country lane, very secluded with no through access.
The cottage sleeps up to 5 persons and is fully equipped to a high standard with ample parking space.
* The lounge has a fully tiled floor with rugs, settee, armchairs and ample cupboard space. There is cable TV(with 175 channels) with DVD & CD player, radio, record ,cassette player. There is an open wood- burning fire for winter stays and cool summer evenings. (Logs are extra.) (Heating supplement 12.5% of rental.)
The kitchen has a fully tiled floor, fully fitted with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils and fitted units with breakfast bar.
* The dining area has a large dining table and chairs. Sideboard unit, sitting on a fully tiled floor.
* A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, iron and ironing board, brooms, dustpan etc etc.
* Shower room with W.C and washbasin (no bath).
* Master bedroom with double bed.
* Second bedroom with three single beds.
All bedrooms have wooden floors with rugs, bedside lamps hanging space etc. Pillows, duvets, blankets, bed linen and towels are all provided. We can provide a cot and high chair etc. on request.
Maid Cleaning Service is available by arrangement and at an extra charge.
Fishing rods, fax machine & e-mail/internet service all available upon request.
We also offer chambres d'hotes with:
One double bedroom and One Twin Bedroom BOTH EN SUITE- fully equipped with tables, wardrobes, bedside lights, clock/alarms - all bed linen and towels are provided.
