Cancellation Policy for Chateau:
Cancellation : all cancellations must incur the following charges :
- between 45 and 30 days before departure : 25% of the total cost will be retained,
- between 29 and 8 days before departure : 40% of the total cost will be retained,
- between 8 and 3 days before departure : 70% of the total cost will be retained,
- between 2 and the days of departure, and any customer who fails to arrive : 100% of the total cost will be retained,
- A holiday which is interrupted, or any service not used, by the customer, for whatever reason, cannot be reimbursed.
Deposit Required for Chateau:
Each reservation must be accompanied by the sum of at least 40% of the total coast of the holiday.
