BOOKING CONDITIONS<br><br>1. Complete booking form enclosed and return with a 20% deposit [or in case of late booking full amount] Payments to Penny Hawkins and send to Mrs Hawkins, 9 Keymer Ave, Peacehaven, Sussex BN10 8NG. A confirmation of the booking will be sent direct to you showing the date of final payment and other information needed.<br><br>2. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Bookings out of season by arrangements. Rentals commence at 4pm saturday to vacate 10am saturday.<br><br>3. Prices include gas, electricity, water, linen, towels but not heating.<br><br>4. As rentals are payable in advance we strongly advise you take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation.<br><br>5.The price does not include the final cleaning. Tenants are asked to leave the property the way they found it.The cleaning can be undertaken for an extra charge.<br><br>6. The rental charges are based on the agreement that no more than the original number of persons may occupy or use the facilities of the premises.<br><br>7. No responsibility can be taken by the owners for children or adults playing around within the premises. We have an insurance cover for any accidents caused by our own negligence, but our guests are asked to provide for themselves any other insurance they need.<br><br>
