The living room and bedroom are spacious and artfully decorated while retaining the original charm and character. We stayed here in June for 3 nights. The apartment was very well located and spacious, although the beautiful oak floor needed repairing in a few places. It was great to have the wifi available. The young man who gave us the key could not speak much english and we could not speak much french which was a shame. On the first night the shower hose broke as there was already a crack in it,and we couldn't have a proper shower. We emailed Lucy and she emailed us back saying it had been reported to the local agents. We then had to email Lucy again to see when it would be fixed and unfortunately it was not until after we had left. We felt this was poor service as we should have been contacted and told this and offered an apology at least. We were paying a lot of money to stay in an apartment where the shower didn't work. We understand that things break but a follow-up explanation to the client is part of good service. If it hadn't been for the broken shower this would have been the perfect pla
