A four bedroomes stone built house set in the heart of the old village and facing south with walled garden and pool. The private back garden is ideal for sunbathing around the pool and a little shade can always be found for those who prefer to stay out of the sun.The surrounding countryside is laid mostly to vines, fruit trees and asparagus, is well served with footpaths for those who enjoy a quiet walk in the country.
The house is built on three floors. There are three bedrooms with twin beds and a fourth with two single beds.There are two separate bathrooms, both with WC.. The first floor bathroom has an automatic washing machine. The kitchen has a large table and chairs, a built in gas hob with electric oven, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave oven. The large living room with dining area on the first floor which has views over the 11th century village church and surrounding countryside, is equipped with CD stereo radio and TV.
