Includes a new swimming pool. The owner is an English flying instructor and horse riding instructor. Sport horse breeding stud on premises. Ponies and horses available for lessons or trekking.
At La Chataigneraie we breed sports horses, currently there are 6 thoroughbred horses grazing here which are available for riding.
There is a 10m by 4m swimming pool and over 5 Hectares of private land which is available to anyone staying at the farmhouse or the gîte.
