The villa "Pointe Sèche", constructed in 1963 in a modern, elegant and traditionnal style, is right on the beach at Nauzan. Surrounded by a garden amongst pine trees (where lives a colony of red squarrels), which gives it privacy, the house has a wonderful panoramic view of the sea from a terrace stretching along the whole of the front. Children have a swing, a slide and table tennis in the garden and there are organised children's clubs on the beach.
Villa 300 sqm (190 sqm habitable) 10/12 persons. Face beach of Nauzan in direct access, panoramic view on sea, garden 2.170m2 in pinewood. High level: living-dining room, kitchen, 3 double rooms with toilet cabinets, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, big terrace. Low level: 2 rooms with toilet cabinets, 1 shower room, 1 toilet, kitchenette, big covered playground, garage. Accepted animals. Loc 2 weeks minimum on 2600€ in 3100€ a week according to period.
