Our provencal style villa is in the Green Valley heights of Saint François, a quiet residential area of Grasse sweeping views towards the hills across the valley. It is surrounded by a garden planted with Mediterranean plants, hundred year old olive trees and rosemary, lavender and mimosa.
The ground floor apartment (100 square meters) is totally private and independent with its own entrance and its own private terrace which overlook at the swimming pool, the park and the hills. The swimming pool, occasionally shared by the owners (2 people)is surrounded by wrought iron fencing with gates and equiped of sunloungers. There is covered parking for cars to keep them cool.

The double living room is decorated in the Provençal style in hot yellow and green tones and has a sofa bed, a round marble table and chairs, armchairs and a television satellite and hi-fi cabinet. It's overlook at the pool, the park and the hills.

The blue room pleasantly furnished and light has a double and a single bed. It's overlook at the pool, the park and the hills. In front there is a bathroom with a bath, washbasin and wc, and another separate wc near. <br><br>The ivory bedroom also pleasantly furnished and light has a double bed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave and refrigerator. It opens onto a private, half private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, which overlook the park,the valley and the swimming pool.
