This delightful, fully air-conditioned, one-bedroom apartment is located just just 1.2 kms from the Palais des Congres,in Cannes, and is a 15-minute walk from the Croisette (Beach).
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and has an elevator/lift. There is one bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, one modern bathroom,with bath tub and overhead shower, and an independent toilet.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, & a washing machine. The living room and entrance hall has a beautiful carrara marble floor. Amenities include air-conditioning, a telephone, a fax machine, cable TV with US & English channels, & a DVD player.
The apartment has recently been modernised and re-decorated. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen all have sliding glass doors opening onto the large terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool & communal gardens.
Enjoy sitting on the terrace and sipping a cocktail or enjoying a typical French meal. And just relax..
The apartment has its own private parking place in front of the building. There is a regular bus service from outside the door to the main Cannes railway station, to the bus terminus where the airport bus stops, and to La Croisette. The shops are just a few minutes walk away. Tennis is available at the Cannes Tennis Club, which is about a 20 minutes walk away, behind the Martinez Hotel.

The Security Deposit is fully refundable within 21 days of termination of occupancy, provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the signed Rental Agreement are met.
