It is very central, there are bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and boutiques on your doorstep. The beach is a minutes walk away and the Palais des Festivals, the centre of all the congresses and festivals is less than a 5 minute walk. The studio sleeps 2/3, is on the first floor and the building has a lift.

Bedroom/Living Room:
The studio has a double size sofa bed (purchased Apr '07) that opens easily with a comfortable mattress. It gives you the flexibility of having a sofa in the day and the bed in the evening.
I can provide 1 single aerobed which self inflates and acts as a mattress on the floor (on request).

Bathrooms:
Bathroom with shower, wc and hand basin.

Kitchen:

The studio is perfect for a couple, a single person, or groups that don't mind sharing. It can sleep up to three people, 2 in the sofa bed and 1 on a single aerobed which self inflates. This is on request please contact me.
