The villa is part of La Croix valmer, a vilage set in the hills behind the coast with fantastic view across to the sea and the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.
The villa is located in a private and quiet environment.
The beach is 2 km away and the center of the village is 2 km away.
Local shops and restaurants within easy distance.
The main living room opens straight onto a glass veranda with dining table, chairs and barbecue, which opens onto the pool with view toward the mediterranean sea.
The terrace has also a corner wih rocking chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with diswasher, oven, frigidaire, etc.
The master bedroom opens onto the terrace and there is a bathroom with shower and separate toilets.
Seperate bedrooms in the office.
Upstairs is a large living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms and a large terrace looking towards the sea.

The entrance to upstairs is separated from the main entrance to the villa.

A deposit guarantee of 1'500.- Euros is required with the first payment at reservation with a check to be returned after checking the facilities and the telephone bill.
