Because of its position within the building the apartment is quiet and cool, offering good cross ventilation. The rooms facing the rue de la Liberte receive sun till mid afternoon while the rear rooms are sunny until the evening.
The beaches are a five minute walk as is the Old Town with all its winding streets and little boutiques offering an assortment of individual art, clothing and loads of choice for foods of the region.
Museums and galleries are easily reached either by foot or a short drive.
For self catering there is an excellent green grocer, boulangerie and cheese and wine soups as well as two delicatessens each with their own specialities. Both local chemists are english speaking.
Top clothing and houseware designer boutiques are all within minutes of the apartment as are good restaurants, pizza places and cafes. There are numerous smaller designers and artisans dotted throughout the area offering stylish goods that are original and unique.
