A private road leads you to this idyllic holiday place which offers all you need for a restful stay : a very beautiful spacious house, a big swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs, a garden. Peacefull situation.
This beautiful villa 160 m² with a large pool, poolhouse, seating areas and a barbecue is situated in a nice garden in a hameau near Villars. From the living room with winter-garden, the protected terrace and from the garden you enjoy a beautiful sight over wineries onto the Luberon. Cancellation Policy:
If the cancellation is effected up to 90 days before the occupation of the domicile by yourself, VP charges 15% of the payment on account before reimbursement; if cancellation is made by VP you receive back your payment on account plus 15%. If the cancellation is effected up to 60 days before the occupation of the domicile, VP charges 100%. We recommend our clients to conclude travel withdrawal insurance. Please observe the insurance conditions as stated in the category “insurances”.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
Once you have received the registration confirmation, a down payment representing 30% of the total rental price will become payable by transfer instruction within 10 days. Until such time as the down payment has been received, the property will still be available for others to rent. The final payment, without any request to pay, is due 8 weeks before the beginning of the rental period. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, then the full amount of the rental monies will be due. Without a complete payment the use of the holiday house may be refused. In case of non-compliance with the term of payment we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Cancellation charges will apply.
