It is an ideal starting point for walks through the Oberpfälzer and the nearby Bavarian Forest. There are excellent fishing opportunities in the river Schwarzach. The house is on a large plot of land approximately 4000m2. The holiday home is on the first floor. There is a lawn with play area, barbecue and table tennis. These are shared with the other holiday homes on the estate. There are a range of holiday attractions and interesting cities nearby.
