The flat ist 102 sqm, with central- and floorheating. The flat has 2 bedrooms lain to the river Moselle. One of the bedrooms has 2 separately standing beds and a small bath with toilet and wash basin of its own. The second bedroom has a double bed, a very spaciously mirrored wardrobe and a small balcony.
From both rooms you have a beautiful view over the river moselle, meadows and the opposite vineyards. The main bathroom lies aside. It is very big, 11.2 sqm, with shower, bath tub, wash basin und bath furniture with plenty of storage place. Another toilet is separately aside. The kitchen is a functional, completely furnished kitchen with oven, ceran-kooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, bread slicer, radio, washing machine and dishwasher. Irons and ironing board are stored in a locker. Next to the kitchen is the livingroom, which is partitioned with a room divider in eating area and living area. In the spacious living area are 2 comfortable sofas and another extendable sofa which offers adequate roost for one adult person or two children. Here you can also find the satellite television. In the court is the parking lot and the garage for your bikes. Comfortable Kreidler brand bikes are available for guests without own bikes against a small fee.<br>Behind the parking lot is the garden with garden furniture, table tennis and barbecue facility. Wood and barbecue are free of charge by request.
