A beautiful, clean and tidy, ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, recently constructed, fully furnished and equipped, is available for short or long term rental.
The appartment is the ground floor of a single-family three storey house. There are 2 bedrooms a kitchen a living room and a bathroom. The total living area is 80 sq. m. It is able to accomodate 4-5 people.
There is a private yard in arrears with bamboo sofa and chairs. Four banana trees are shadowing the yard. In the front side of the appartment there is a garden with grass and a BBQ place.
The apartment offers all facilities for a comfortable stay.

The house is located in the upper side of Glyfada. The visitor can easily access a “blue flag” sandy beach with in 2-3 km distance, enjoying all kind of facilities like summer sports, armchairs, umbrellas, beach bars e.t.c. The historic center of Athens (Acropolis, Plaka) in not more than a 15-20 minutes away.
In the center of Glyfada (10 minutes away) the visitor will find variety of coffee stores (Starbucks cafe etc.), international chain stores (McDonalds, Wendy, Pizza Hut, Apple Bees, TGIF etc.) shopping centers e.t.c. and all kind of night life entertainments.It takes less than five minutes drive to get to Vouliagmenis Ave.
The visitor can easily use the transportation system, (bus station is around the corner, the metro station is 10-15 minutes away) or the Radio Taxi (English speaking) for pick up service. A hired car also can be an excellent choice.
