Villa Prinolithos has a habitable surface of 160 m2 and 60 m2 of terraces and is built on a plot of 5000 m2 with no immediate neighbours. <br>On the ground floor there is a large open plan area with a comfortable lounge with a working fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen, opening out to fine verandahs. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator/freezer, full sized cooker with oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Amenities also include washing machine, telephone – available for incoming or local outgoing calls – CD player and television. <br>A double and a twin bedroom, both air-conditionned, are on the ground floor and share a bathroom. A staircase leads to the loft, where a third bedroom is set, with two single beds and a shower/WC. This bedroom offers no complete privacy as it has no door. The property also has a separate, self contained guest-studio, with direct access to the pool area. It consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a sitting room and has a kitchenette corner and a shower /WC.
