Cancellation Policy for Villa:
10% of the total rental due is non-refundable. After that, the Tenant will be refunded the rest only in the event that the Owner can re-book the period cancelled. If the Owner can only re-book a part of the period, or the whole period but for a lesser amount, or by incurring costs, the amount refunded to the tenant will match the amount received by the owner in re-booking, (minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.) Early departures by the tenant or any of the party, where the Owner has not agreed, or is not at fault, will not be refunded. Where the Tenant cancels through fault of the Owner, a full refund will be paid.
