Cancellation Policy for Holiday Villa: 10% of the total rental due is non-refundable. After that, the Tenant will be refunded the rest only in the event that the Owner can re-book the period cancelled. If the Owner can only re-book a part of the period, or the whole period but for a lesser amount, or by incurring costs, the amount refunded to the tenant will match the amount received by the owner in re-booking, (minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.) Early departures by the tenant or any of the party, where the Owner has not agreed, or is not at fault, will not be refunded. Where the Tenant cancels through fault of the Owner, a full refund will be paid

Deposit Required for Holiday Villa: Booking and Paying for the property.

The tenant must pay 50% of the total rental due in order to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is due 2 months before occupancy begins. Should the booking be made two months or less before occupancy of the property, the rent is due in full at the time of booking. If the tenant fails to complete payment, this will be treated as a cancellation by the tenant, with no refund or compensation of any kind owed to him.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 1.000€ will be required from the Tenant to cover loss, damages or breakages, telephone use during your stay, plus any other costs that he might incur. This amount, minus any appropriate deduction will be returned as soon as the Owner has verified the level of deductions , if any, needed.
