Oleander Villa is situated in the traditional Greek village of Spartia in the Livatho region only a few miles south east of the airport. The village centre is slightly inland (5 mins drive) from the small sheltered south facing sandy bay and harbour. Larger sandy beaches can be reached by car within 10 minutes.

Cancellation Policy for Villa with Pool:
Once reservations have been confirmed, all monies are committed to the rental and no refunds are available. A full refund is available if the villa is determined by the owners/managing agents to be un-rentable due to some unforeseen circumstances. We recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Deposit Required for Villa with Pool:
Prices are based on 2 - 6 people in 2 double beds and 2 twin beds.
For extra persons using the double sofa bed please add an extra £100 per person per week.
Cots are £20 each per week regardless of occupancy.
A 20% (non refundable) deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The balance, along with a £300 refundable security deposit, is to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday.
