Two storey House built in year 2001 in the village of Chavdata, 5 Km from Lixouri town. Downstairs is the Kitchen, the Dining Place, a Living room with one couch and one single bed and a Bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, big fridge/freezer and wooden table that seats 8 and utensils. Upstairs is a spacious Living room, Two double-bed Bedrooms and a big Bathroom with Bath. A Balcony overlooking the sea and two big verandas: one downstairs and one upstairs fully equipped. The House is superbly furnished and nicely decorated. On the back part and the right side of the House is the Garden and on the left side the BBQ area , the Parking place and a large Terrace. The view from the House is really fantastic and Panoramique.The sea view is unlimited also from inside the villa, especially from upstairs Living room and the one Bedroom (the second Bedroom looks at the Garden). There are many nice beaches around that start from 3,5Km (Vatsa Beach). Within walking distance (not more than 150 meters) you will find a Mini market (similar to Psarou beach in Zante), three Tavernas and two Bars.
